By registering as a merchant on PABEL PAY you agree to these terms.
PABEL PAY provides hosted payment collection and payment status notification. PABEL PAY does not hold merchant funds, does not process orders, and does not manage merchant products, inventory or fulfilment.
Merchants are responsible for their own products, orders, customer communication, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws. Merchants must keep API credentials secret and verify every webhook signature.
Fraud, illegal goods or services, and attempts to abuse or attack the platform are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
We may suspend or reject merchant accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
