PABEL PAY collects payments on behalf of merchants but does not hold funds. Refunds for purchased goods or services are governed by each merchant's own refund policy and must be requested from the merchant.
Any platform subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated on the pricing page.
Contact the merchant first; if you cannot resolve it, contact us with your payment ID and transaction ID.
